Who we are and what we collect
Revved Detailing ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
What we collect: your name, phone number and email address; your suburb or the address where you'd like your car detailed; details about your vehicle and any photos you send us; and the messages you send us.
How we collect it: when you request a quote on our website, through Facebook and Instagram lead forms, or by phone, SMS, email or social media messages.
How we use and share your information
We use your information to prepare your quote, arrange and confirm your appointment, follow up after a service, and improve our website and advertising. We will only send you offers if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Photos of your car: before we photograph any vehicle for our website or social media, we fit a plate cover so your registration is not shown. We never publish your name or address with photos of your car. If you would rather we did not photograph your car at all, just tell us.
We do not sell your information. We only share it with providers that help us run the business, such as our website platform (Wix), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and our messaging and payment providers, and only as far as needed to provide our services or where the law requires it.
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Security, access and contact
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it or the law requires.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time.
